We are very passionate about educating the general public about Service Dogs. We believe that a lot of people make mistakes because they genuinely don’t know and very rarely out of malice. We are passionate about teaching our handlers their rights and how to properly follow ADA, but alongside that, we are also very passionate about teaching businesses their rights as well! They are required to have certain parts of their business ADA compliant, but a lot of business owners nowadays are afraid of being sued, and in this fear cause more issues for legitimate service dog teams. We want to help these business owners to stand up for themselves and their business by knowing when they are allowed to remove a dog from the premises, when a dog isn’t allowed, and a lot more!
We offer Service Dog education classes for businesses, clubs, and the general public where we volunteer our time to teach your staff or members on how to spot a real service dog team, what you can ask them, how to address a nuisance dog and much more! We believe in helping you learn your rights, just as much as teaching our clients their rights!
One of the biggest issues in the service dog community is fake service dogs and pets being taken into non pet friendly places. This causes access issues for real service dog teams that put a lot of time and money into training their dogs, but it also causes a lot of stress for business owners and managers too! Them and their staff don’t want to be cleaning up dog feces or worrying about health code or stuff like that, we want to give them the tools and knowledge to take care of their business.
